Gustavo is a Salvadoran American writer based in Las Vegas NV where he is currently completing an Master of Fine Arts in Fiction at UNLV. His film journey began when he watched Spielberg's Close Encounters of the Third Kind as a child after which his curiosity and imagination were forever changed.

Originally from Leipzig, in East Germany, Richard grew up watching American movies with his dad and found his cinematic niche after watching Lord of the Rings for the first time. He currently lives in Las Vegas with his wife and daughter.
